Only gets worse as the months go by. There is no insulation and so the electric bill is VERY high. The heater runs constantly to keep up with the cold and the bill is worse than I used to pay in a 3 bedroom home! When you ask to get things fixed maintenance makes sure to leave all the trash at your front door. Also my car gets scratched everyday! The parking lot is too small. This is a horrible apartment. Stay away.
