This review is beyond overdue. Evan was extremely helpful and patient to help us find a house. We were from out of town so he sent us a ton of information, when I flew in he would spend the whole day and sometimes multiple days showing us homes. Evan also has a construction background so he knew what to look for in houses that could become issues. Joe was an outstanding agent who guided me every step of the way with the sell of my home. He assisted in getting it prepared for the sell and had great resources to help do the repairs needed.
