Kieren was great to work with; he was just what we needed. He took time to understand our goals and worked with us to make sure both our selling and buying experiences were positive. He was always readily available to answer questions and/or take us to see a house even with short notice. With Kieren's help, we are now in a house that meets all our needs and we couldn't be happier.

Working with Chris Neill was a superb! I would recommend him to all my friends and family. This is the second time I’ve had Chris assist me. First with selling my home in Columbia Heights, MN and getting me what I wanted for the home. He also just helped me close on a condo in South Minneapolis in March 2019. He was easy to work with, quick at responding, knowledgeable and patient. I will be using him in the future.

Kieren was incredible to work with while purchasing my first home. He was a wealth of knowledge on what was important to look for in a first house. He went above and beyond when there were complications with the house on closing day, negotiating with sellers to get repairs and inspections arranged on my behalf while I was out of town so that we could close upon my return. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I look forward to working with Kieren again in the future!

Chris listed our home about the time the market went flat in 2018. It took awhile to sell, however Chris kept us informed weekly about new listing competition, other sales, throughout the process.

As soon as I meet Matt, I felt like I was with a friend not someone who was trying to make money off of me. Matt handled my colorful and dramatic personality with ease. And was available when he was in Costa Rica. He set up a showing, just so I didn't miss out on a house. I had to yell at him couple of times to not worry about me. I was very please and happy with Chris, he knew it was very hard for me to sell my home. It walked my thru the whole process, answered questions, and concerns that I hard. I have given his name to a Co-worker, so when she is ready to sell, she will have his name.
