John and Bonnie are exceptional! John is very knowledgeable and suggested the correct upgrades and sold the house on the same day it was put on the market. Bonnie was very proactive and guided us through out the process. They walked us through every step of the process, during these Covid19 times. We enjoyed working with them and we have already recommended them for a few of our friends.

My husband and I were very happy with Matt. As we debated when to move and then where to move, Matt was very patient with us. He got to know what we (mostly I) were looking for and really worked hard to find us a home that would meet our needs and my requirements. He also worked to help us decide when to put our house on the market. Matt was very helpful through our first time homebuying experience. He let us know at each step of the way what we would expect to have happen so that we could be sure we had full knowledge of the process. Then after each step was complete, he explained what was coming up next. He shared knowledge of different cities we were interested in checking out as we weren't exactly sure where we wanted to move.
