Tim Lehman and his team are top of the line. I used them to list/sell my home as well as purchase a new home - and they did not disappoint. I truly believe his expertise is the reason everything came together in the end. In a crazy market like this I needed someone I could trust. From start to close (and beyond) Tim and his team blew me away.

This is my first home purchase and I was unsure of the process and what I was looking for. Did I want a house, a condo or townhome? In the city or a close suburb? Matt spent a lot of time making sure that I understood everything and helped me zero in on the right fit for me. Ultimately, I found a great bungalow with a nice sized yard for entertaining. Matt was incredibly responsive, as I had a million questions! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
