First, I was looking for a specific item and could not find anywhere...they had it. From placing the order to receiving it it was flawless. The item was packaged extremely well and had no damage during shipment which took away the hassle of returning it. Found the perfect ornaments!! Our local post office delivered them on our front uncovered porch and we had a horrible storm. Had to search the neighborhood for the box. They were packaged so well, they were perfect!! Would highly recommend!!!
