I placed an order in October around Thanksgiving I received half of it it took me until two days after Christmas to straighten out with the vendor through PayPal what they owed me. Needless to say the ornaments did not come in time to use and their customer service is very difficult to navigate through. They prefer only emails no phone calls. Not my kind of store.
I placed an order on 11/26. The order didn't even ship until 12/6. When the order was received on 12/8, I received an incorrect item. I immediately reached out via email that day. I didn't hear anything back, so I texted the number on 12/9 and they responded. I was told they would send me a return label and put the correct item "in line for shipping". Don’t purchase from this company. They don’t have any customer service and never get back with you once you make a purchase

I was terribly disappointed with the service from The Jolly Christmas Shop. I paid way in advance for products I recently received one item long after the promised shipping date and the other they did not get and I received a refund. I will never order from the Jolly Christmas Shop due to poor communication. Throughout the entire process I was the one initiating contact with them for updates. Basically I was left in the dark.

Your products were fine but I was disappointed to find they came from China
These were not worth $24. Cheap flimsy paper. Really disappointed.
The product I received looked nothing like the description or picture online. I paid $90 dollars for this item that I could easily have gotten at a chain craft store for half for the price. The item was returnable, but I had to pay over $30 to return it!! Hard lesson learned!
