WARNING! Expect long shipping time! 2 weeks, 14 days and not good communication.
I placed an order and the very next day the items went on sale and they would not honor the sale price! When I contacted them, they refused to do anything and I was a new customer. They mad a terrible first impression and I will never do business with them again! Buyer beware!
I ordered and paid for over $500 in merchandise in December 2021 & January 22. All the items were fine except for the wooden advent calendar. It was not shipping damage. The missing bell was not in the package. It was damaged when the manufacturer packed it. Unfortunately I waited till April for my daughter’s birthday when we discovered the damage. When an item is at a customer's home for months on end (4 months from your order date), we do not know how that item is being stored or if it could have been damaged while in the customer's possession.
