I have been desperately trying to contact customer support with no response on 5 attempts since the 23rd of September. I've tried email, messaging via social platforms and not one acknowledgment of my urgent request. I would absolutely not deal with this company. They are dreadful.

I wanted to love this place! My package was never delivered and I was told there was nothing they could do. I didn't ask for a refund, just my items. My second email went unanswered. Missing package situations are hard BUT giving good customer service shouldn't be. I never leave reviews but was disappointed enough to leave this one.
