We have worked with Gina before with the purchase and subsequent sale of our sons home. We enjoyed working with Gina as she is very knowledgeable but not pushy. She provides good input but also listens to our input. Although the amount of time it took to sell out house took longer than we expected, the timing ended up being perfect. In our case we are glad that it didn't sell sooner. Gina is a straight shooter and doesn't plan games.

Gina is a great realtor and even greater person. I was not local and she helped me sell my mom’s home in St. Charles. I trusted her every step of the way. She is genuine, and easy to work with. I am very thankful she was referred to me.
Shannon was knowledgeable, friendly, very responsive, flexible with scheduling, and easy to work with. She helped me find a great house and negotiated well with the sellers agent.
While on vacation Miles orchestrated a showing so that I could get in to see the home I was very interested in. He then took time away from his family to walk me through the contract and get my offer submitted. This was all in the same day that home first went on the market (thanks to the up to the minute search he setup for me). In the end I got the home I wanted for a well negotiated price. The whole process was seamless and his team was great! Miles will be my go to realtor for many years to come.
