"Signed up" with him in November; because of many circumstances, didn't get listed until the following Sept. During that time, he kept in touch with me at least once or twice a month. I've never sold a house and I "got rattled" quite a few times, but he was always calm and reassuring. Did have to lower asking price after a few weeks. Did have it sold in 6-8 weeks.
As first time sellers, we had lots of questions. Matt Kombrink and his team guided us thru pricing our home correctly, gave us important staging advice, marketed our home with great photos and video, and even helped us arrange for repairs that the buyer requested. Our home sold in 2 days. We would absolutely use Matt again and recommend him when others mention they are thinking of selling their home. We had a great experience with Matt.

We Called Miles to sell our house. We wanted his opinion on what we needed to do to get it ready to sell. Due to our living arrangements we needed it to sell fast.
