Miles was very easy to work with. We met with him initially and then had to delay listing our home. He was very understanding and worked with us throughout the whole process. I found Miles from Dave Ramsey's website, and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. I had used a different realtor years before who was much less responsive & helpful. Miles was very transparent when viewing a home and would point out issues, he claimed he was a bad salesman, but I appreciated his honestly as it helped me as a first time buyer to look less at the paint and more at the big picture items. He also recommended a great home inspector and has a guy for everything.
