"Signed up" with him in November; because of many circumstances, didn't get listed until the following Sept. During that time, he kept in touch with me at least once or twice a month. I've never sold a house and I "got rattled" quite a few times, but he was always calm and reassuring. Did have to lower asking price after a few weeks. Did have it sold in 6-8 weeks.
