RecommendedYesterday I had lasik done on both of my eyes. Today I woke up and felt great. I was able to drive to my checkup appointment by myself without the help of my contacts or glasses.The staff is wonderful and the doctor explained the whole procedure. I totally recommend The LASIK Vision Institute.
The staff are beyond AMAZING!! I would have never imagined that the process and procedure would be so easy! It still completely blows my mind that I could not see 2 feet in front of my face 24 hours ago and now I’m seeing 20/15! Thank you ladies for the awesome experience! I can’t say enough about the amazing staff at The Lasik Vision Institute. Their Overland Park location was fantastic. This journey has been more than I ever imagined, and I am on my way home with 20/15 vision. I woke up this morning, and could actually see for the first time since elementary school! GREAT group of professionals! We had same day surgery scheduled, so we spent the day with the staff! They made it very comfortable and even had entertainment and refreshments!
I have been in contacts and glasses for 21 years. My prescription prior to surgery on July 13, 2018 was 20/800 (-7.5 in contacts). Extremely bad for a 30 year old!! The Overland Park LVI staff was nothing short of sweet, kind, funny, and understanding from beginning to end. They were thorough in all of their tests, and even caught things that my own eye doctor never checked for. Highly recommend this place! The staff is beyond amazing & helpful. My recovery was pretty tough, they called to check in on me to make sure I was doing ok and to make sure I was headed in the right direction!
They got me in super fast and all the ladies were very friendly and informative. Very thorough. Would definitely recommend!
