My appointment was a 9:30am so i get there right after 9 It was ok at the begins but right after I get to the different rooms my wait was long ...no AC at all feels in hell ...after that some guy put me drops in my eyes but never told me what's going to be reacted so I was wait in that room for 20 mins.with not air so terrible experience. Please do not go to this place.. I when in and was told all we good for me to get my Lasik.. When on 8/12 they cut my eye and then told me I can not get it.. I requested my money back and I see have not see in.. They request I sign a waiver of responsibly which I do not feel want to do.. All I want it my $1,500.00, next step is file for small claims court.. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL PLEASE!! #lasikvisioninstitute
While Lasik is the best thing i have ever done for my eyes, coming here was not. Our appointment was 830am. Its now 1030am and we still have not been seen. No one here for surgery has been seen. This is not a hospital or standard medical care, this is a profitable business and customers pay an incredible amount of money for this proceedure and should be treated as such. This is just for the consultation. It was my own fault for not realizing it would take 2 hours for the consultation. But all of the staff was really nice. Surgery is on Saturday so I'll update afterwards. �� UPDATE!!!!! Surgery was supposed to be today 1/28/17. Everything was good then it got weird. Was talking to Chelsea to try and calm my nerves and she offered to call in a xanax for me. So I had my husband go pick it up. He even asked to verify the address and Chelsea said yes. Its been about two years since I got lasik here and I'm still experiencing eye problems like I've never had before. Before lasik, I've never experienced any problems with my eyes however, now my eyes always irritate me and are always getting dry. I tried restasis which is a prescription eye drop. Its $1,000 a month and still no change. If I could take it back I totally would. If you want to get lasik, go ANYWHERE but here!! Extremely disappointed with their lack of respect and disregard for our time. Put under sales pressure like a time share with sale deadlines. Kept us waiting for to long. We were told the appointment would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. At 3 1/2 hours we were still waiting for the doctor. We finally walked out.
This is the worst decision that i have EVER made!!! I got lasik last July (over a year ago) since then, every SINGLE day, every HOUR my eyes have been a problem. My eyes have never irritated me like they do now after surgery. If I could take it back, I totally would. Contacts are so much better than this stupid surgery. My eyes are dry throughout the whole day, and even when I put in eye drops they help for maybe 20 minutes, and then annoy me again. Also, I cant wear eye make up like I used to either. Slowest office on the face of the earth. Never been seen anywhere close to the time of my appt.
terrible company period........ stay away.................. they will rip you off in the years to come if you need touch up work
