Ms Julie was very profesional and helpfull. She patiently listened to our needs and learned our style of furniture we wanted and made few recommendations we picked one and we are very happy. We are just waiting to get them broken in.

Felt good with sale person Like the look of the leather and sofas Slightly too firm because they are new, told by sale person that will get softer with time. Dislike- at the corner on the right side of back cushion in both sofa, the leather is sacking probably due to inadequate stuffing inside in that area causing wrinkle of the leather and indentation when pushing on it( Leather does not spring back to original position.

This was possibly the best furniture purchasing experience I have ever had. We found a style over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The sale price was very good. Once we bought the sofa, the manufacturing process was very transparent with weekly progress emails. The final result is exceptional.
