Custom leather ottoman came in as discussed. At this point all is good, as long as it holds up as advertised. Excellent work, and friendly helpful sales consulting. I'm very pleased at this point.
The quality and workmanship was outstanding. It is everything I was hoping for and more. Also, I was extremely impressed with how the items I ordered were packaged. Not only was there cardboard wrapped to protect the leather, but it was kept in place with a significant amount of clear wrap. Finally, I thought the delivery team did a very nice job as well. The investment was well worth it (Sofa, Two ottomans and two 1.5 chairs).
Absolutely love my new couch and loveseat!! It is beautiful!!
