Preliminary review: The Leather Sofa Company furniture is beautiful and the quality appears to be excellent. We selected a spectacular Kennedy sectional sofa and two Milano reclining armchairs at the Frisco showroom, where we were advised to allow extra time for the Leggett & Platt reclining mechanisms to arrive at the factory. Two of the seats tilt you forward and are not comfortable. You feel like you can slide off. On the positive side it is beautiful and the color looks great. You can tell lots of effort went into this. What do I need to do to get the two seat cushions readjusted? Also the men who delivered the sofa were very careful and friendly.
From the day we entered your store we felt important. Your salesman was very informative, friendly and helpful. He "sold" us on your product. We are very pleased with our new incliner love seat. The quality and comfort was so obvious the first time we sat in it. I am sure we will enjoy it for many years and it will probably out-live. us.
