Ours was a difficult case of living out of state and needing to sell our house. Jennifer and her staff were the best fit for us. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to sell our house. They were in constant contact with us. They kept us informed of how the market was doing in our area. We have had the house listed before but the response was low and inconsistent. A good real estate agent can be difficult to find. I'm telling you now that if you're looking for a good agent don't look no further because Jennifer Carstensen is the best. As this was my first time on the seller side of things Jen communicated with me every step of the way so that I understood the process from beginning to end. Jennifer told me what my house was worth and put it on tire market at my price (little higher than she said). It was looked at on the internet but no traffic. Prices it where she told me on Friday, sold on Saturday for a really good price. Other agents tried to tell me my house was worth a lot less. They didn't want to put forth the effort. I have dealt with Jen over about 10 months selling 10 properties at the lower end of the market. Jen provided prompt responses to my emails which was essential as I was not living in Memphis or the USA. Jen provided feedback on the market and I believe achieved market prices.

Jennifer sold my house in less than a month. Her expertise, knowledge of the area, and professionalism are beyond excellent. She went above and beyond my expectations to market my home.
