Jennifer and her team did an amazing job for me selling my home. I was at a point where I could not physically or financially take care of my home by myelf anymore. They were super knowledge about the whole "short sale" process and were very informative to me all throught out the sale process. I have and would defintely recommend Jennifer and her Remax team to my friends and relatives.

Jennifer, April and all the staff are really professionals, responsible and efficient. We came from a very bad experience with other real estate agent and after signing with Jen we got amazed for having too many showings (after 6 months trying). They made process smoothly, always looking for our benefit and the house got sold at good price. We really recommend this guys.

Jennifer Carstensen was simply great. She was professional and very friendly. She made this experience go smoothly and explained in details the whole buying and selling process of our home. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great person to work with while selling there home. Not only is she a great agent but I feel like I have made a great friend.

Jennifer and her team were able to sell our house in about 90 days. We had multiple offers and were able to chose the best offer for us. However, the process was stressful, and some odd things seemed to happen in order to get us and the buyers to close. But Jennifer paid some of the repairs in order to make the deal happen. Selling your house isn't fun, but Jennifer and her team do make an effort to keep everyone happy.

Jennifer was great in helping me sale my home in Lakeland. Her and her staff made the process easy even though I was living out of town. I had multiple offers on the house within a week of listing it, and with her help negotiating a final offer and closing went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend her.

I should start by saying that I do not write a ton of reviews. The reason I do is because of really great service or really bad service. Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. My wife and I felt an instant connection when we first reached out to her. She responded instantaneously. We were assured then that she was serious about her craft. Jennifer Carstensen did a great job on the sell of our home. She met with us very quickly after contacting her. She had pictures taken the next day, and the listing was up within two days. Because of the professional photos and extensive advertising, we received an offer in less than 30 days. Her assistant, April Darnell did a great job as well and was very prompt in responding to questions or emails.
