Jen has been an amazing realtor! I had my home listed for six months with another very large agency in the Cordova/Memphis area and could not get the agent to respond in a timely manner on anything. Basically, I wasted six months with them. But Jen in two weeks sold my home. I am living out of state and she handled so many little things that have made selling my home a pleasure. She is great! I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.

Jennifer knows the area and the market and after discussing all the improvements I made to the home, she set what she believed to be a good price. The day after signing with Jennifer she had a photographer there to take pictures for the listing and that very same afternoon I was receiving calls for a showing (and I multiple calls). We had a VERY bad experience with our previous Memphis realtor. We had 2 separate deals for our house fall through - both at the very last minute, so we were really "gun shy" about signing up with Jen. But everything she & her team did was honest, open & straightforward. Unlike our previous realtor, we felt Jen had OUR best interest at heart. Jennifer has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She was never pushy. We started out not sure when we were going to sell or what we were buying, but she still made time to discuss the process, meet with us and drop off paperwork for when we became ready. Jennifer answered the phone the first time I called and immediately offered helpful information about the area. We were looking to relocate to the area and ended up having to use an agent through the relocation service, but I'd work with Jennifer again if I needed a new agent.

We hired Jen based on her reviews on Zillow to sell one of our investment properties in the Memphis area. We don't live in the area,& she took care of the whole process for us without us having to travel there. She had it under contract in 2 weeks, helped us set up carpet cleaning and someone to handle minor repairs that were needed in order to close, and was very professional throughout the entire process.
