Marla was an absolute pro helping us, a couple in California, buy a property in Baltimore, across three time zones, and with us not being able to personally visit due to COVID. We overcame several obstacles with the process together, saw almost 30 different units via virtual streaming tours she gave for us, and she expertly guided us through the offer/negotiation/closing processes. She was highly responsive all through the many weeks of our search. We could not recommend Marla highly enough.
I had a wonderful experience with mr. Jared Moran. He made my first home buyer experience wonderful. He's very Hands-On and that is something that I needed. He was very committed into closing on my property he wanted to make sure that I didn't feel stressed. My wife found John online, at that time though we were looking for homes but were not sure about the process and we were not from the US, so was completely unaware of the process.
