During the buying process, Marla handled each issue with complete professionalism in ensuring that I had the best outcome in purchasing my new home. She was highly responsive and went out of her way to make sure that the seller was taking care of an unexpected problem that delayed the closing by a month. Woo, stop what you're doing and call Marla Jones immediately, unless she's already called you, which she probably did! Talk about honestly and integrity. Marla wanted to get me in the right home and did not seem at all worried about making a deal. She went as far as to cancel home visits that she thought didn't meet my expectations, in order to help save both of us time. She made herself available at most if not all reasonable hours, and even worked late to get what we needed!
