Dave Caplan was great to work with in buying our seasonal home in Baltimore City. He was always willing to go above and beyond to meet or needs by offering virtual tours of the homes via FaceTime and even giving access to third-parties for maintenance after closing. It is what we needed as our primary residence is 60 miles away. We had a few bumps along the way, but Dave always remained professional, kind, and awesome!
