Don't do it. They have roaches. Huge roaches. They have used covid to their full advantage because they don't come fix anything. I've put in 8 work orders since July and they've yet to come out. It's less than 2 weeks left in the year. My faucet continuously drips. I'm talking 3 gallons an hour. The roaches are unbearable. Worst Experience Maintenance is never completed so get ready to hire your own handy man and if you want to get in touch with the office good luck cause they never answer the phone.
TRASHY. DO NOT MOVE HERE People destroy everything in the neighborhood in general, the crime is terrible, some of the people are decent, but the majority are lazy parents with punk kids. There is no escaping the noise and its really bad in buildings where there are older kids and teens. For whatever the reason, these people are outside screaming and gathering in very early morning hours when most are asleep...doesn't make sense. Save your time and money The AC in my apartment has not been working for almost a month now and maintenance has not come to repair it. They will not come complete a request if you place one in. Nothings ever really gets fixed around here
HORRIBLE Do not move to this horrible apt complex.. They don’t fix anything when u put a maintenance request in. Some residents haven’t had air in there apts going on three months know. They are run down and old.. if u renew your lease they promise you that they will clean your carpet and do routine maintenance but u will never hear from them until they putting a crazy notice on your door. DO NOT MOVE HERE I have lived here for a while and i can categorically state that the maintenance is wacked,the managers dont care and they talk down to you , please note that they are super nice when you want to come rent an apartment once they get you to move in then the problem starts showing bad faucets,light bulbs are cheap and go off and the AC omg is the worst,i have been living in apartment with no AC for the past 3weeks and the property managers dont care and all they know how to do best is sending emails about rent... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE My AC has been broken for a week, and no one seems to care or be in a rush to repair it. I was moved into an apartment with roaches. Maintenance is terrible, and no one in the office cares about the tenants. I’ve called corporate and left voicemails and have yet to receive a response, ever.
do not live here I am a resident here and our AC was broken when we first moved in. We sent in multiple work order forms and went into the office to file a complaint multiple times and no one came to fix it the whole summer. They have charged us with unnecessary bills. The apartment itself is very cheap and redone poorly. It’s not as nice as it shows in the pictures. Save yourself the trouble and don’t live here.
A disater complexe apartement if you want to live a nightmare come to Ashford Meridian, nothing is worse then these apartments, don't be packaged by the office or the renovations its just dust for eyes. run don't even try to put your feet here, the neighbors are just disrespectful, no education, no lifestyle, sorry apologizes for those who live here, honestly garbage, garbage, and garbage.
