If I could give 0 stars, I would. The maintenance is awful and takes so long to fix anything. I had no electricity and it wasn't fixed for almost two months. My broker smelled like burning tires, and it took them three days to come look at it. Then, I said there was a mouse in my apartment, and they called pest control, and they came but didn't even look around my apartment to find it. I talked to the leasing manager, and they are no help whatsoever. They ignore my complaints and push them aside until I consistently go into ... read more

I have been asking for a solution to the pipe problem for more than a month and they are not responsible. I have gone to reception several times and what they do is play with my time.

Infested with roaches to the tenth power and permanent mold that will leave you permanently sick inhalation of that mold can kill you

I’ve contacted the office and maintenance multiple times for over a week about not our bathrooms clogging and flooding and now they’ve finally sent someone out and the issue isn’t even resolved so we have to go another day with no bathroom to use or shower
