RUN! Do not rent from here. I am a current tenant and I’ve had nothing but awful expierinces since living here. The apartments are r even worth the headache I’ve gotten. Not What It Used To Be My wife and i lived here for 5 years and the first couple of years were great but after all the management changes the place started to go down hill. The grounds are poorly kept, the people who were allowed to move in are getting kicked out at an alarming rate, lights on the property are not maintained to ensure that they work, and the office staff (though genuinely nice) lose stuff too much. These are horrible I'm a current resident if you want a nice safe family oriented or decent neighborhoods and all of the things you pay for to be working and for maintenance to do their job and nice leasing agents and apartment managers... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!
Horrible Terrible, unprofessional but cheap place. Do NOT move here!! I never, ever write reviews but I want to warn anyone looking to move here, DONT! I've been here since June and this is the FOURTH property manager in the office and it's only September. Very unorganized..do not what ever you do, move here.
Do Not Rent From Villas at Meridian Hills Do not rent from Villas at Meridian Hills. They do not fix things that go wrong in the apartment. My garbage disposal has been broken for almost 4 months with sewage backing up because it will not let the sink drain. My dishwasher has been broken for 2 months. A seal has failed causing water to pour out onto the floor when filled with water. Despite many notices to the manager these have not been fixed. Maintenance and quality service The community is very slow about responding to service requests and the complex was poor about the cleaning of my apartment prior to move in.
