It was wonderful how they were so kind and let [name removed] interact in with the residents and the places was absolutely beautiful and people who get to go there is so blessed to have such a kind snd beautiful folks to help them ! [name removed] was a wonderful sales lady and was a very helpful and personal in all of her explanations of the facility! It didn’t work out for my friend with his money situation but if we are asked we would give your place an A plus rating ! Thank you for all you do!
You all were good to my Husband and was good for him. I thank you all for helping him and making him feel so special.
Quality of care is a 6!!! This and one other place were the warmest, friendliest with the best price, the Monarch being slightly more expensive but the cleanliness was my deciding factor. I really felt that the Monarch was the best fit both for the amazing staff and beautiful atmosphere but also the entire place was always spectacularly clean upon every visit.
5! Over and over again I'd rate them a 5! The Monarch at Cedar Park is great. They take excellent care of my mother and see to all needs. Yes I would recommend The Monarch

The information received during the tour is not accurate I.e. daily activities provided are either not available or infrequent. And the round the clock supervision is questionable. We plan to put a camera in the room for better oversight.

Very friendly and competent. Made my husband feel welcomed and cared for. My husband has dementia and actually doesn't remember being there but was always happy and had positive things to say when I called him but then would forget.

My mom was very impressed with [name removed] (sales lady) and some of the initial interaction with staff. The location was a close second. I feel like my loved one is very well taken care of and known/seen. But given some of the staff and management issues of the last few months I'm a little disappointed in some of the communication of events, and see the wear it has on the staff that is left.

I am quite pleased with the new director and current staff at Poet's Walk Cedar Park. The quality of care, leadership, and communication with family has improved considerably. This community and others have gone through a difficult time retaining qualified staff, but I am hopeful that the improvements made at Poet's Walk will continue.
