We had a bad experience, with the medication management, and there was lack of following-up. That was the number one thing that we needed. My loved one liked the people, food, and was happy with everything else. We were happy with the doctor, and the PT was excellent. Some of the staff was really friendly, and others were not as pleasant. Overall, It was a beautiful, and nice facility.

When I took a tour of The Oaks, Monique was very welcoming and helpful! She made me feel as if she had all day to answer my questions. It is a beautiful, well kept facility. I called my brother and told him that I had found the perfect place for our parents! They moved in a few weeks later and we could not be happier. My parents are served three delicious meals everyday. My Mother is a resident at the Oaks at Flower Mound. She loves the facility. Her apartment is just right with a bedroom area, shower, sink, and toilet, kitchen, and her living room. Your lobby area also pleases her with its size, elegance, and furniture. Your staff is very professional and we also thank you for your medical care givers.
Toured many places and all were great, ended up with best fit location for our loved one.
Lovely facility. We decided not to choose this place due to having elevators. That would not be a good fit for our loved ones needs.

Our family had an in person tour and this could of easily been one of our top choices. The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the building was relatively new and very clean. The front of the building is very well decorated with flowers and great landscaping, but the back is pretty bare. There are really no bushes or flowers and just lacking in color.

Our family had an in person tour and we were very impressed with the sales manager, she really went of her way to make it an effort to find out everything we were thinking and what we were looking for, for our loved one. very impressive and we appreciated it.

My parents have been at the Oaks for almost 3 years. From our very first contact we have been nothing short of amazed by and thankful for the great staff. Communication and ongoing support that we have received.
