Our family had an in person tour and it was nice, the director was kind and friendly. Our tour was during lunch time so we did not really get to see any activities going on but we did get to speak with the onsite nurse and her assistant and they were great and very good with answering our questions.

During the weeks our loved one was there, they community was wonderful and it was kept clean. The staff members were very friendly, and when it came to the care services they went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. We do know they offered a lot of activities, when we would go visit there was always something going on. Compared to the other facilities we toured, the was the more cheaper one but the level of the facility was just as good as all the others.

the staff is extremely nice and very helpful, In memory care, there are different levels of residence there. The rooms were very nice, she had a private room with a nice private bathroom. I would recommend this facility to others.

We chose The Oaks at Flower Mound because it was recommended. Also, we needed minimal carpeting because she was in a wheelchair and a lot of the main areas in the facility were not carpeted as well as the rooms. The atmosphere is also great, walking in is very uplifting. The best part about the community is the activities, they always had something going on for the residents. I do recommend this facility.

It is an amazing place. It is nicer than my house. The food is terrific. The Chefs make everything from scratch. It really feels like home. They remodeled a few years ago. It smells good. The apartments are clean. My mom has been taken care of like a queen, My mom was in Assisted Living and is now in Memory care. She has been just as happy in both areas. Very elegant. Great first impression. One of the few we saw with inhouse rehab. Seem to be lots of activies in the assisted living area.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother. This was my favorite place out of everyone that we looked at but we decided against it. One of the things I really liked is there is a very low turnover rate for the staff as well as the residents. Some of the people I met have been there since they opened. I went on a tour of this community and the staff was super nice. They answered all of my questions. There wasn't much availability. I didn't like the set up it was a 2 story building. And they had a set time for meals and that's just not my dad's style. It was nice and clean. Just not a good fit.

They were a pretty good community to see and I thought is was a good tour. The person who showed us the place was professional and able to answer any questions we had. I saw the staff who were great and helpful. While nothing was wrong with the community, we thought it was not a good fit for a mom. The rooms were smaller and a spacious room was desired.
