I love living here and never have a issue! The front office really makes an effort to know their residents and are always super friendly towards you! Wouldn't love anywhere else.
It's a great place to live! Staff is great and apartments are nice. The only disadvantage is the side of town it is on because of construction and trains that stop the bus quite a bit. Hopefully once the construction is done it will be a little better!

The maintenance is outstanding! David is the maintenance manager and he is so sweet and helpful, even gave us his personal number for if we need him. The office staff is very nice and helpful and they host lots of fun games and events as well as contests every week, where you can win a plethora of things!! My only complaints are the tiny kitchen with no counterspace and a fridge that often leaks (despite repeated fixings), and the fact that some rooms (mine included) have windows facing the outside hallways where passersby m... read more

Great faculty in the office and maintenance is amazing! Never felt like I was at a homey community until I came here! No complaints other than counter space but I cook a lot!
"Netflix & Chill" becomes very difficult when the internet goes out at midnight. That's peak "Netflix & Chill" hours
Love living here. The best part is how nice the people at the front are. Namely Ben and Abigail. Very helpful and nice.
Love The Outpost! The staff is great, especially Abigail, Ben and David. They are very helpful and easy to work with. Maintenance is very speedy, and efficient. Really great resident events. We have a 10 dollar water cap, and rarely go over that. The most its been for me is $4.00. It's more than just a place to live. It's quiet for the most part. The one thing I don't like is that the first floors don't have a railing on their balcony so I got my patio furniture stolen.
I'm moving in this August but so far Outpost's staff has been nothing but welcoming, helpful and friendly. Leasing Agents are extremely knowledgable which was great when I had a tour of the apartments. They also have a lot of events and prizes for residents to win which make it even more fun being a resident at Outpost. I can't wait to move in! I love it already!
