More than once maintenance has gone in and touched our thermostat. We keep it between 74-76 and one day me and one of my roommates gets back and it was put to 69/70. And then for Christmas break we r told to keep it at 80... which is fine! But then they go in and put the thermostat on 70 EMERGENCY HEAT! Like what the heck?? Don't like that when we are gone for holiday they feel like they can enter our apartment whenever they want without letting us know! Would not recommend... especially with the people you have to deal with... read more
The maintenance is the only reason I would ever live here again. David is the absolute best! They are super friendly and fast. I had an emotional support animal living with me, provided all of the required documentation, but Austin Hooser continued to discriminate and gave me the hardest time. He even came in my apartment at 8pm to check inside of my cat carrier to make sure I didn't have another pet. Then he asked about the "dog toys" which were shaped like mice and obviously for my cat. In the 2 years I lived here I never saw them spray for bugs. The whole complex is crawling with giant roaches and you have to duct tape your drains to keep them from coming in.
Workout facility is a joke, they look to scam you anyway they can. They don't care about their tenants even a tiny bit. The maintenance people are knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly, but everything else about this place from the terrible kitchen, to the cheap equipment, to the uneven rooms, to the terrible location of many rooms, to the barely decent bus route that soon will be much worse and construction grows, and the prices are waayy to high for what they offer.
