My favorite own one place to always forever stay is City Heights Magnolia Place Dale Street New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
Only good thing about the apartment complex is the friendly staff. Everything else is nightmare, cheaply made furnishing. If you have a car good luck parking near your apartment since most residents are students and just take the bus to school so they'll leave their cars all week in close parking spots. None of the gates by the pool lock so non-residents use the pool.
Please avoid signing here. Legit a scam on the apt they show you while touring vs. the one you end up staying in. So outdated. They don’t care about their residents what so ever. Only good thing about this place was Maintence!

This is the worse complex that a student can live in. The only good thing about it is the maintenance man he is such a helpful person. The apartment itself will overcharge you for things that were damaged before you moved in. I was overcharged for a dirty carpet that they had me living in for 2 years. I requested to get it cleaned/changed and it never got done. They insist that I did it and will not remove the fee and they will avoid your phone calls at all cost. The model is nothing like the acutal apartnmet they painted my room but they didn't want paint the bathroom I've asked for new bathroom fixtures still waiting for it. Everything in my apartment is due to wear and tear and they refuse to my apartment a remodel had to call coprorate to force them do their job and now i have to babysit a bunch of to make sure they do their job my apartment was crap moved in.

The model and apartment are very similar, i.e. same furniture, color scheme, layout etc. but no one lives in the model.
