Verified Renter Love it here, the front office is really nice. Their new maintenance guy is amazing. The only down side here is the price per unit, pet rent. Front office is also really on top of communication.

Verified Renter The Apartment Community is very nice very clean. The staff. At the facility? Of ovilla is very professional. And stay up on guideline rules. The only problems, my wife and I have, is that there are no Assign parking especially for. Handicap it's not enough spots. I stay in a handicap apartment. And I think I should have a spot close to my apartment. There are alot of people that have Handicap cap Stickers in they car and On their plates. that or not I repeat that or not handicap.
