Military Beware First person to rent my unit so I allowed myself to have some leeway on expectations. When I got the unit, there were dead bugs everywhere, but I chalked it up to the unit being vacant and simply just cleaned the apartment before I moved in. During my stay, amenities were often not accessible due to changes in operating hours after my lease was signed, or facilities needing maintenance and having something wrong with them. Verified Renter Move in went well except for someone with a key allowed movers into my apartment without my consent. Everyone denied anything to do with that.
Verified Renter There are no speed bumps or speed posted on property which is an accident waiting to happen. Not enough parking it's like ppl never leave home. Not sure if there are security cameras around property but I have not seen any if they do t they need them.
Verified Renter Don’t like the extra service fees the charge for water. Also you are limited who can come over. Limited on a lot of things. Also will not be renewing my lease.

Verified Renter Depending on where you live parking sucks. You can tell the apartments are just thrown together. They look nice but have issues once you actually start living in it. Too much construction for the prices they are charging.

Verified Renter People smoked weed despite this being a no smoke apartment complex. Additionally, during the winter i had a foul smell come from the AC unit but maintenance guy said he couldnt smell it so i had to go the whole winter without using the heater. The water tastes bad, and my room was given to me with scratch marks on the ground as well as paint and caulk marks everywhere. The only saving grace was that i never heard my neighbors and the staff was good at their jobs
Verified Renter 1. One of the biggest issues here is the lack of transparency on water bills. It has nothing to do with your usage. 2. Sometimes it's very difficult to find a parking space.

I called corporate to speak about it and the lady literally hung up on me when I spoke about my water bill crisis. I was just asking the questions a tenant has to ask. Verified Renter I loved my apartment at first but as the complex started to fill up, things changed. I specifically asked if it was noisy because I work over night and was told, “Oh yes! It’s very quiet. You will not hear your neighbors above you.” I took that with a grain of salt because I know that I will hear my neighbors SOMETIMES and I was ok with that.
