Verified Renter I have been a resident of Ovilla at Legacy Square since the property opened. The apartments are conveniently located near restaurants, Wall Mart and I-35. I am looking forward to the movie theater, shops and restaurants being walking distance.

Ms. ROBIN is AWESOME & the Team is Friendly I haven't been in apartment hunting in a LOOOOONG time. I recently sold my house and I was looking for a needle in a haystack. I was super unsure about the area I wanted to stay in. I actually did a lot of looking on the computer and went to a complex in Cedar Hill. I wasn't too impressed. Military Beware First person to rent my unit so I allowed myself to have some leeway on expectations. When I got the unit, there were dead bugs everywhere, but I chalked it up to the unit being vacant and simply just cleaned the apartment before I moved in. During my stay, amenities were often not accessible due to changes in operating hours after my lease was signed, or facilities needing maintenance and having something wrong with them. Verified Renter Move in went well except for someone with a key allowed movers into my apartment without my consent. Everyone denied anything to do with that.

Verified Renter There are no speed bumps or speed posted on property which is an accident waiting to happen. Not enough parking it's like ppl never leave home. Not sure if there are security cameras around property but I have not seen any if they do t they need them.
