Verified Renter Depending on where you live parking sucks. You can tell the apartments are just thrown together. They look nice but have issues once you actually start living in it. Too much construction for the prices they are charging.
Verified Renter People smoked weed despite this being a no smoke apartment complex. Additionally, during the winter i had a foul smell come from the AC unit but maintenance guy said he couldnt smell it so i had to go the whole winter without using the heater. The water tastes bad, and my room was given to me with scratch marks on the ground as well as paint and caulk marks everywhere. The only saving grace was that i never heard my neighbors and the staff was good at their jobs

I called corporate to speak about it and the lady literally hung up on me when I spoke about my water bill crisis. I was just asking the questions a tenant has to ask. Verified Renter I loved my apartment at first but as the complex started to fill up, things changed. I specifically asked if it was noisy because I work over night and was told, “Oh yes! It’s very quiet. You will not hear your neighbors above you.” I took that with a grain of salt because I know that I will hear my neighbors SOMETIMES and I was ok with that. Verified Renter Very Expensive you pay for all amenities. Its a one way in and out complex. Parking Wars exist. Its a Quiet community. Neighbors are friendly.
Verified Renter Management could be more open minded when it come to a case by case basis. Listen to your tenants. Watch your water bill because they will blame their mistake on you.
Verified Renter Great community but the gate has been inoperable for a very long time and its an inconvenience. You have to go to the gate and let in guest and sometimes good deliveries
Verified Renter Had to scrub on our hands and knees to clean the gunk and paint stains off of the floor. The tub and shower had rust stains for about 3 weeks after we moved in before anyone came to fix the issue (had to bathe our 2 yr old in the kitchen sink due to the nature of the tub). We were supposed to be the first ones to live in this unit, but there are a lot of things that resemble that the unit was built poorly.
