Verified Renter I have been a resident of Ovilla at Legacy Square since the property opened. The apartments are conveniently located near restaurants, Wall Mart and I-35. I am looking forward to the movie theater, shops and restaurants being walking distance.

Ms. ROBIN is AWESOME & the Team is Friendly I haven't been in apartment hunting in a LOOOOONG time. I recently sold my house and I was looking for a needle in a haystack. I was super unsure about the area I wanted to stay in. I actually did a lot of looking on the computer and went to a complex in Cedar Hill. I wasn't too impressed. Verified Renter There are no speed bumps or speed posted on property which is an accident waiting to happen. Not enough parking it's like ppl never leave home. Not sure if there are security cameras around property but I have not seen any if they do t they need them.
Verified Renter Don’t like the extra service fees the charge for water. Also you are limited who can come over. Limited on a lot of things. Also will not be renewing my lease.
