We had an excellent experience with Parri. As out-of-state buyers, Parri was our eyes and ears on the ground. Peter Lu is superb! He's knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and always represent our best interest. We spent a longer period of time looking due to the low inventory on the market. Peter has been extremely patient with us and provided profession advices on every home we were interested in. Parri was very responsive, addressing any concerns I had, and then helped me put in an offer quickly! Her knowledgeof the area and homes was especially appreciated. Her referrals were invaluable - she connected me with a great homeowners insurance agent (with best coverage and rates!), and also referred me to a title company (with discounted fees!). After the sale, she has continued to facilitate communication with the seller, and has been helpful in all respects!
Parri was a life saver. We were under time pressure to find a home in the school district we wanted, and she helped us find one that is perfect. There was very little available on the market, but she gave us good advice to keep us from buying something that wouldn't have been right for our family. Through her network, she found a great home and got us in right away to see it - now it's ours. Parri and Sheila were always responsive, took time to answer our questions and really care.
