Parri Mitchell is the best! She found us a house in the area & school district we wanted & she got us top dollar for the condo we were selling in Kirkwood. She was never pushy but always available. I met Parri because I saw a house for sale and contacted the listing agent to schedule an appointment to see it and she was the agent. My experience working with Parri provided a great deal of relief. It was reassuring to know that she was working to make sure that I got the best deal possible. Peter and his teammate Mary Beth deserve better ratings than are permitted here. Insightful, pragmatic and professional. 'Can do' attitudes and strategic. Proactive in communicating and delightful to work with. Direct but tactful. I cannot say enough good things- these folks are the REAL DEAL!!! Exceptional in every way. I want to first disclose that Parri was the 2nd agent I worked with. With my first agent, I was so close to closing a deal until my inspector found some serious foundation issue in the basement and sinking ground in the garage.
