Parri is a hard worker! Very pleasant to deal with, and really walked us through the process. We bought a home through her, and liked her so much we sold our prior home through her. Always available by phone or text.
Parri was highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Me and my wife are very pleased after working with Parri and the Peter Lu team in finding our first home. She wasn't hesitant to explain a good vs a bad deal. Parri had responded to our requests and replied within minutes of sending questions or concerns. Whenever we decided to bid she preps up the paperwork within a few hours and is ready to push our deal ASAP. I recommend her to anyone interested.
Parri is the absolute best! She made my first time buying a home so much smoother than I’ve heard it’s to be! Parri always answered back to any and all question the same day and helped me to work on anything I needed to finish. Parri Mitchell is the best! She found us a house in the area & school district we wanted & she got us top dollar for the condo we were selling in Kirkwood. She was never pushy but always available. I met Parri because I saw a house for sale and contacted the listing agent to schedule an appointment to see it and she was the agent. It was not my time to purchase a home, my credit was not right but I thank God for sending Parri to show me that house, she's awesome.
