Parri did a wonderful job finding us the perfect house for our son and his friends while they attended University. She took into consideration the location and proximity to our needs. Peter was great. Very easy to work with. Transitioned well from a hot market to a cooling off market. Peter is also an investor in the local real estate market which is helpful in understanding how to estimate the costs to replace or repair property or for understanding long term property values on the resale. Not pushy or sales-y at all which is great.
Overall it was great experience , he helped in every aspect from start to end of closing, he helped us to find the right house as well as to the loan procedure from to get the pre approval letter to get the final loan, after closing he did helped find the contractor to fix the small issue in the house. He never say no when we are trying to find the house for the last couple of years. Always he is available and if busy then try to send some from his office.
