I have used Parri as my real estate agent/buyers broker in 3 seperate buy/sell transactions over the past 2-3 years. Perri did an amazing job, i first met her at an scheduling to view a house, we instantly clicked. She was very informative and knowledgeable. It was times I wanted to give up but she kept me going with her positive attitude and very quick responses. Working with her assistant Sheila was a breeze, she was also very fast with paper work and information. I am definitely recommending her to my family and friends. Her and Sheila are now a big part of our family.
Parri and Sheila were an amazing team, who were very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional from the beginning to the end. I had many questions and they very patiently and kindly answered all of them timely. I sold my property within a month at about 7% above the list price. Fari was absolutely amazing through the whole process of buying our first home. He knew the areas well, was super flexible in scheduling, really responsive through text and email, and most importantly, showed us potential problems with each home we looked at so we could avoid putting offers in on homes that would end up failing inspection.
