Peter is very professional, went far above and beyond to make sure that I receive the best service possible in every aspect. Great negotiation skills, got me brand new roof, gutter, etc. before closing. Peter definitely has excellent expertise, speeding responses, and definitely knowledgeble and thoughtful in every detail. I would highly recommend Peter Lu to everyone.
Peter responded quickly to every question or request for information. He is personable and professional. He provided excellent customer service and was considerate of our time and availability. He showed us many homes and helped us complete the purchase of the home we selected. Following the closing, he searched and selected a renter for the property. .At every step of all the processes, Peter was thoughtful, expedient and helpful. We recommend him enthusiastically.
Peter Lu sold our previous home and is now helping us sell our current home. He is knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. We are currently in the market to buy a new home as well and he is always available to answer any questions we have. I would recommend him and have to multiple friends and family.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to work with this Agent. She's unprofessional and unethical in the professional field She's in. We never met in person nor did any house tours. I was reminded by this Agent how Great of an A-List Agent she was to get the job done. I've done some research on property's to purchase and this Agent lacked commitment to her duties when it came to closing on a house that I discovered. One of my worst experiences with an agent. Empathy is the most important thing when selling, and that woman never had it. She yelled at me, used bad words, and didn't do the tour because she had more clients. She changed my appointment time. Horrible experience

Zillow scheduled a tour for 2:30 PM on Sunday, June 29. I called the prospective buyer, Jorge, on June 28, to request an earlier time of 11:30 AM due to a scheduling conflict. Jorge asked if 12:30 PM would work, but I explained that I had a prior appointment at that time and that the drive was approximately 30 minutes.
