Peter is phenomenal ! He helped us buy a house and was very professional through out the process. We liked his attention to detail and his knowledge in almost everything related to a house, from pricing , to plumbing to flooring.... you name it he knows it! The best thing we liked about him is his honesty, always mentions the pros and cons and does not push you to close a deal. Intelligently witty and always willing to address your concerns. Peter is amazing, he is very patient and honest. He knows which house suits your needs better after a couple of showings; and he would help you to find your dream house. He would tell which house is overpriced and needs negotiation, and which one is priced just right and you need to act soon! His assistant, Lauren, is super nice and helpful too.

Bought my mom a house a few month ago and now closing on my own house in a few weeks, Peter Lu is just amazing. His knowledge is phenomenal He is absolutely an expert You can always reach him anytime u need He knows when there is room to negotiate and when there is no room.
