Peter is very professional with good intentions for all parties! He provided great service and is very knowledgeable in all areas. All parties were considered and Peter did his best to provide a comfortable atmosphere.
Peter Lu is a true professional. He is respectful, compassionate and works extremely hard to make sure his clients are completely satisfied. Peter and his team were very helpful in finding me the house I wanted. I had very specific requirements related to Indian vastu shastram, they helped me find the house that fits my requirement. He has good knowledge about area, inspection and house quality. He is very honest about the property, clearly tells us if the house is good for us or not. His assistant Lauren was also very helpful and quick in responding to questions. Overall it was a great experience working with Peter and his team.
Peter helped us look for homes for a very long time and was very patient with us. He recently helped us buy a for-sale-by-owner home. He was a great help in negotiating with the seller and also in patiently working with the lender ands seller when the lender had problems completing the loan for closing. Peter was always on top of the problem.
Highly recommend his professionalism and excellence on every aspect as my buyer agent. Peter and his team provided very diligent help throughout the whole process and we are greatly satisfied.
Peter is phenomenal ! He helped us buy a house and was very professional through out the process. We liked his attention to detail and his knowledge in almost everything related to a house, from pricing , to plumbing to flooring.... you name it he knows it! The best thing we liked about him is his honesty, always mentions the pros and cons and does not push you to close a deal. Intelligently witty and always willing to address your concerns. Peter is amazing, he is very patient and honest. He knows which house suits your needs better after a couple of showings; and he would help you to find your dream house. He would tell which house is overpriced and needs negotiation, and which one is priced just right and you need to act soon! His assistant, Lauren, is super nice and helpful too.
