Peter and his team were exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience when selling and buying our home. He was honest, really helped us understand the process, and took the time to understand our needs. You won't find a better team to buy or sell your home.
Peter is an excellent realtor to work with. He made sure to call every realtor that brought a client to view our home to see if they were interested and might be making an offer. He is very knowledgeable with the market and always returned our calls or emails the same day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

He has good knowledge about area, inspection and house quality. He is very honest about the property, clearly tells us if the house is good for us or not. His assistant Lauren was also very helpful and quick in responding to questions. Overall it was a great experience working with Peter and his team.
Peter helped us look for homes for a very long time and was very patient with us. He recently helped us buy a for-sale-by-owner home. He was a great help in negotiating with the seller and also in patiently working with the lender ands seller when the lender had problems completing the loan for closing. Peter was always on top of the problem.
