We can't say enough good things about Pete. Down to earth and always willing to help. Knowledgeable about the area, the pricing, and the construction of homes. I appreciated his feedback on homes since we were new to the area. He showed us what to look out for and what was acceptable when buying our home.
Peter Lu went above and beyond anything I could have asked in a real estate agent. He showed us over 30 houses in a short period of time, and also was extremely accessible whenever we needed him. He was never bothered by our numerous questions and was always genuinely pleased to help where he could. There were even a few houses that he talked us out of buying because he was not comfortable with the shape that they were in.
