I want to first disclose that Parri was the 2nd agent I worked with. With my first agent, I was so close to closing a deal until my inspector found some serious foundation issue in the basement and sinking ground in the garage. While Parri would have stopped us from even making the offer, our agent then was pushing us to sign the deal.
Meeting Parri was such a blessing for me and my girlfriend after such a terrible experience with our former agent. Here's why I believe every single friend of mine should work with Parri if he or she ever needs a house in the St.Louis region.
1) Parri was super responsive and accommodating when, as a CPA myself during my busy season, the only time I could communicate with her was late at night after work.
2) Parri's depth of experience in the real estate market is second to none. When checking out a house, she'll first walk you through the structure from outside, then the foundation in the basement, and then finally the aesthetics. Then, she will pull historical market data to validate the price for you. Since we met her, she stopped us three times(!!) from making offers for houses that were not worth the money.
3) Parri's network is unbeatable. My original lender being a large corporate bank was slowing down the process. Finally, a week before closing, they said they needed another two weeks. Parri was able to connect me with a local lender the same night I heard the bad news, and we were able to close on time.
4) Parri will be there for you even after you get your keys and get moved in. It's been about two months since I moved into my new house, and she's still helping me with a bathroom project of ours. Her network of contractors again will come into play whenever you need help with your home.
Home buying can be stressful especially when you are in the market for months. Over time, me and my girlfriend were becoming vulnerable to making a rash decision as we were getting emotional with some houses we saw. Lucky for us, Parri didn't allow us to settle for an 'okay' option, but kept us moving forward to find the 'right' one. I hope everyone reading this review would please get to have the same experience that my girlfriend and I had in our journey to our first home!
