RecommendedI have lived at Promenade for almost a year residing in two different buildings: initially a three month lease in building five, then a nine month in building two--closest to the amenities. The apartments are the nicest in Rogers and resemble a palace to the community skyline and to anyone passing on New Hope road! Highly recommend this place if you have just moved to the area. The management is great and very friendly. We did not have any issues with maintenance requests, the guy came to our apt on scheduled times. The area is pretty quiet with nearby stores, a gas station, etc. They have a car wash area inside the apartment complex which I really liked since I used to pay $8-$15 in New York for a single car wash. I lived here two years with my wife and we loved it. The staff here is phenomenal. The best service I’ve ever had at any place I’ve lived. Incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns. You can tell they care about the residents and know many of us by name. They also create great events to make it feel like a community. The units are very high quality down to the finest details. The Promenade Apartments are wonderful! I love the community events. The grounds are always beautiful & clean. Paige is an absolute pleasure to work with! She’s been so helpful from the very beginning of my process. Even going as far as to go and measure a wall for me to make sure a furniture piece I had would fit! I highly recommend these apartments.

Great 2 bedroom floor plan with each room having direct access to a bathroom! Staff is friendly and willing to help with any issues, plus the pool is heated
I love the location! It’s in a very convenient location with a lot of amenities near by. I think the rent is high compared to other apartments, but the facility is nice and high end.
