To anyone out there that is looking for a place to live, this is one of the nicest places in Rogers. They have top notch facilities including a pool, workout room, and a car care station. You will be welcomed right away in the office by 3 beautiful smiles from Heather, Paige and Kim. Very friendly staff that will go out of their way to help you anyway they can. If I could go higher than a 5 star rating, I would.
The customer service at the Promenade Apartments at Pinnacle Hills is top-notch. The staff are friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome when I had just recently moved to the area. The location is excellent, with easy access to the highway, the AMP and nearby shopping. The apartments themselves are spacious, secure and in almost-new condition. I'm both happy and proud to call the Promenade Apartments home!
