RecommendedYou won't find a better staff, common area, or location in the whole area of NWA. Close to tons of major shopping. Concerts are with-in ear shot at the AMP but not loud enough to bother you. The staff will work with you and they're happy to do it. Amenities are wonderful. A pool table, conference room, coffee/tea lounge area. A beautiful pool is just outside of that with grills and enough space to have friends or family over with out ever feeling crowded. I can't recommend this enough. You're gonna love it here.
The employees are disrespectful and rude. Poorly maintained and running down. This was such a waste for me.

Really disappointed with the staff and service, The grounds are maintained poorly. I would not recommend this place to anyone,
Apathetic staff. Used to be a very great place who cares about tenants. Now it’s a joke to even try and get anything fixed. They allow residents to play music until 5am although for 6 weeks residents have made complaints... after asking those tenants personally to turn down their music, I was then assaulted by 5 individuals, as they chased me to my apartment and tried to enter.
