Tpc has been working on many issues they took over. It's not easy with some of the things wrong , but they are quickly addressing the issues.

A little upset we had to wait over a month for a microwave. Received the microwave over a week ago and then still had to wait for maintenance to come install it. Maintenance man was very nice!! And amazing!!

We are a third-party management company and unfortunately have to wait for the owners to make the decision based on our suggestions and then send us the funds to complete. It doesn't always happen as fast as we would like. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do appreciate your feedback. We agree, our maintenance staff is amazing.
It was really prompt and quick which is a bit different around here from before: Guys that come in or even from a 3rd party vendors are very respectful and delightful when having a conversation with. From before when you open or ask for a work order on something that needs to be fixed or any issues it wouldn't get acknowledge right away and the time period would prolong it self . so no complaints on my end as of right now keep up the good work guys and happy new year
