RecommendedThe quarters is a great choice and are always on top of everything. My maintenance report was quickly solved with no problems! Great place to live for UL students because it’s always walking distance from campus!
RecommendedThe Quarters is the perfect place if you are a student. Very close to campus and very nice apartments. There is a pool and gym which is nice to have. The staff is very nice and the community is very friendly!!! Recommended

RecommendedAmazing place for student living. I’ve been here almost a year and love it here Close to ULL campus! Reasonable prices! Staff is punctual and very friendly to your needs! Active with their residents by hosting small events or giveaways!

RecommendedI first lived at the Quarters in the summer of 2020. I moved back on campus once the fall semester started but when it came time to graduate in the spring, I knew exactly where I wanted to go, back to the Quarters! The staff here is awesome, friendly and efficient. Any issue I have they are happy to help and it gets fixed in a timely manner! The amenities are awesome as well. RecommendedI have lived in the quarters for almost a year now and it’s been a great experience over all. y’all staff is always so helpful when your residents are in need, always having the most fun. throwing movie nights having all kinds of activities so everyone can feel included and getting to know others! the complex is very clean as well as the apartments can’t wait to experience another year living here!!

RecommendedI love living at the Quarters! I’ve lived here since 2020 and have never had any problems that could not be fixed. It is easy to get in contact with the office and the office workers have GREAT attitudes. They are always willing to help if needed! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for off-campus housing.

I love how there is something fun almost every week to keep everyone who lives here involved. Definitely would recommend living here for anyone going to ULL. It’s only a 5 minute walk to campus!

RecommendedThe quarters is the best place to live especially if you are enrolled at ULL. It is walking distance from school! I previously lived at another “student living” apartment complex which was a cause for many concerns. I’ve lived here for 2 years and i’ve never had a single issue! It is a very safe place to live. Live here!! You will love it
